Cécile Joffrin has been working as a freelance translator since March 2009. She translates from English and Spanish into French and specialises in medicine/life sciences and international development. She is a member of the Société Française des Traducteurs (SFT), Société française de terminologie, Institute of Translation and Interpreting (AITI) and ASETRAD. As an active member of SFT, she is part of the Pa risian team and organises events for SFT members and non-members every month.

She now also is the editor of ITI’s French Network’s newsletter, Au Courant.

She has been working as a part-time lecturer since January 2010.
