Siobhan Soraghan Siobhan’s passions are: - supporting leaders to act with congruence, competence, confidence and integrity - and helping them to take care of themselves and others so that they can work sustainably.
Siobhan has an abiding interest in the dynamics between leaders and their followers during the processes of change, and in how top teams set vision, make robust decisions in an ambiguous world and problem-solve in highly complex fluid scenarios. Following s successful career in BP and a Cranfield MBA she trained in NLP and began coaching before it became the recognised profession it is in the UK today. Since then she has helped thousands of senior executives, civil servants and MBA students to discover their individual leadership identity, hone their strategic thinking skills and develop their interpersonal style for maximum impact. She is richly equipped with professional credentials including: a BSc, R&D with BP (a patent granted), experience of building a European business, a Cranfield MBA, a diploma in Marketing (CIM), a diploma in Personnel and Development (CIPD), is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, and a licensed Practitioner of MBTI Step I and II. She has also trained in NVC (non-violent communication) and EFT (emotional freedom technique). She has a keenly analytical mind coupled with an unusual depth of intuition and perception about people. Her clients have described her as a high resolution mirror with a brain as big as a planet – and as an “old” soul with a playful, warm heart. Since graduating with an MBA from Cranfield in 1991 Siobhan has worked with many leaders and top teams across a wide range of sectors. Prior to that she had a successful career as a Research Chemist and Business Development Executive with BP Chemicals. Siobhan’s clients are diverse and eclectic. They have include a diverse range of Chief Executives, Directors, HR professionals, senior executives, high potential individuals, senior military professionals, a Permanent Secretary and a Church of England Bishop.
