Exhibiting at ITI Conference 2009

Following the highly successful 21st Anniversary Conference held in April 2007, the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) is now busily preparing yet another unmissable event.

The 2009 ITI International Conference themed ‘Sustainability in Translation’ will take place on 16 and 17 May at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, One Birdcage Walk in London where expert speakers will consider translation and interpreting in environmental subjects, sustaining the profession, sustaining the professional and moving with the times.

This spectacular venue boasts excellent facilities for promoting your company, products and services to more than 150 relevant industry professionals and with availability for just seven companies we expect spaces to sell quickly.

For just £250 for this two-day event you can choose between space in either the Marble Hall & Gallery or the Reception Area, strictly on a first come first serve basis.

The exhibition fee includes the following:

  • Exhibition space measuring 2.5m x 2.5m maximum with table and chairs. Electricity and internet access are available on request
  • The facility to erect a pop up stand or pull ups
  • Passes for 2 people to attend the 2009 ITI Conference and man your stand
  • Lunches and other refreshments for 2 people
  • Your company logo and a 50-word synopsis on appropriate promotional material including the conference brochure, the website and e-flyers with a link to your website
  • Appropriate promotion in the Bulletin
  • List of delegates attending prior to the event

We also have Sponsorship packages available including sponsorship of the lunch, gala dinner, menus, conference brochure, conference bags, prizes and awards. Contact Georgina Dobbin or Karen Floyd for further details.
